Leaders and churches can become stuck.  The coaching of leadership is to prayerfully and specifically assist the church become unstuck, to clarify the vision and mission, and help you find what the next right step is for you.

I have faced the challenges discussed in this topic in my churches. Sometimes I did it more properly than other times. The topic of Narsisssm needs to be addressed in ourselves as pastors, and then as leaders.
